The HVR-Flip is the latest in video-based measurement systems, overcoming traditional difficulties in measuring round parts. Its unique characteristic of being used in either horizontal or vertical formats, offers tremendous flexibility and value within optical metrology. 

The HVR100 features DFX import and export, graphic-based “part-view” constructions and more. Optional software modules are available for profile fitting, wire insulation and thread measurement, greatly enhancing the versatility of the digital video system. 

The HVR-Flip allows users to compare complex profiles with discreet data points against CAD designs, providing a highly effective and accurate measuring system. Featuring auto-detect part recognition, MetLogix M3 software and electronic overlay, the video measurement system is extremely easy to use, yet provides accurate measurements of the most complex parts.
