Micro Semi Rigid Endoscopes
High resolution quartz fibre semi rigid micro endoscopes 0.6 - 3mm diameter upto 3000mm in length
To some, these will be well known as the solution to an age old problem, when using micro rigid endoscopes - which is they break very easily! This is the solution, they appear identical, however the optical image is transmitted via a quartz bundle, of upto 12,000 fibres, which are only a few microns in diameter. This then allows the endoscope image shaft to tollerate bending, way beyond that of a glass rod rigid endoscope. With diameters as small as 0.6mm and lengths upto 3000mm, they allow even the most challenging components to be inspected - robustly and regularly. With so many micro endoscopes on the market, we tried to choose a range of miniature scopes with a difference. The Optimax range of miniature endoscopes, have a huge range of viewing angles. They are UK manufactured and fully rebuildable, should the worst ever happen!! These are designed for heavy duty, daily use, with minimal servicing. Viewing tubes can be flexible stainless steel thin wall tube, or polymer flexible outer, both are fully sealed against most industrial fluids, fuels and liquids. All have eyepiece focus from 5mm - infinity and orbital shaft rotation is an option via mirro tubes.
ACMI light posts come as standard, with an included female adapter, making compatibility with exiting light sources and light guides simple. The intgrated, white light fibre optic light transmission fibers, allow the highest level of illumination to be evenly spread accross the subject. If you are looking for a high resolution miniature semi rigid endoscope, call for a quote and we will try and provide you with - better commercial terms and better technical specification.
