We are coming to MACH 2020 with the ground breaking Bruker Alicona micro CMM
We are delighted to announce that we will be attending MACH 2020 at the NEC on 20th - 24th April to showcase alongside Bruker Alicona, their µCMM. This is the most accurate purely optical micro-coordinate measurement machine in its class.
Discover how the µCMM is redefining expectations for accuracy, versatility and capacity. Our team of technical experts will be on hand to discuss how this revolutionary device can be integrated into your production processes.
The µCMM surpasses the capabilities of traditional methods and its intuitive and ergonomic design facilitates multi-user use without specialist-training. It can even measure vertical walls with a slope of + 90° as well as tight tolerance features on very smooth surfaces. Transforming from a 3 to a 5 axis system, contactless measurement of flank angle, lead angle, thread pitch and undercutting on components is made possible.
The µCMM is a single button solution, creating a dramatic impact on the production process. Engineered for permanent, wear-free use, this one device achieves a complete automatic measurement of position, dimension, form and roughness. Measuring times are significantly reduced by 5-50 times and the travel time on the X Y Z axis has drastically increased. The µCMM can accurately measure all common industrial materials and composites with different reflective properties from matte to highly polished components.
Don’t miss this opportunity to explore the capabilities of the µCMM by visiting us on stand 19-631 and Bruker Alicona on stand 18-500. Bring along any parts and samples to get a free demonstration on our optical equipment. - Not snapped up your ticket yet? Visit www.machexhibition.com
