Area Technical Sales Manager - South West

Service Contract Negotiator and Scheduler
You’ll be responsible for all of our routine service and calibration business where our engineers make annual visits to ensure that our customers’ equipment is working correctly and accurately. You will quote for the work, contacting customers to answer any questions and secure their orders.
Engineering Repairs Administrator
You’ll take calls from customers needing advice, with machine breakdowns or wanting to upgrade their equipment. You will work closely with our service desk engineer; they will develop technical solutions which you will quote and progress with the customer.
A high-impact leadership role at Optimax, one of the country’s foremost suppliers of optical inspection and measurement equipment. Leading our team of skilled field engineers, you will ensure that they are managed and trained to deliver excellent service to our sector leading customers.
