Portable optical 3D metrology system

The Alicona PortableRL allows the mobile measurement of large components that cannot be measured using a standard 3D measurement device. Users can verify measurement fields of up to 50 x 50 x 25 mm, ensuring quality assurance of micro-structured surfaces. 

Both curved and flat surfaces can be measured with great accuracy making it suitable for platen inspection, asphalt measurement, turbine and rotor blades inspection and the 3D measurement of steel and body parts. The Alicona PortableRL has been used across automotive, precision manufacturing, aerospace and medical device applications thanks to its large vertical scanning range which allows the precise measurement of various geometry types and forms.

The Alicona PortableRL can be used wherever needed thanks to an in-built battery pack. Flexible use and mobile positioning make it the perfect non-contact metrology device for on the go.
