Starrett HDV500 Shadowgraph
Combines the best features of a large horizontal profile projector and vision metrology system
Much like the HDV300 and HDV400, the HDV500 is centred on a uniquely designed interchangeable lens mounting system, coupled with a high-resolution colour digital video camera. Available with a choice of telecentric lenses, the HDV500 offers great flexibility when it comes to inspecting industrial components.
With a larger workstage load capacity of 150kg and a stage travel of 500mm x 200mm, the HDV500 is a hugely robust profile projector. This floor-standing model runs MetLogix M3 Metrology software, making it easier than ever to import DXF CAD files and develop 2D “Go-No-Go profile gauges” directly from CAD files. Video-edge detection also allows real-time interaction of the imported file with the current video image for greater inspection accuracy.
