Designed with accuracy and longevity in mind, the vertical VB300 optical comparator is a high-performing measuring machine for industrial metrology.
The VB300 is ideal for the rapid inspection of small, light-weight components, pressings, plastic mouldings, electronic components, small turned parts and more thanks to its 100m x 100mm X-Y axis travel. Its modest size compared with the larger VB400, ensures compact quality control rooms can benefit from Starrett’s sophisticated engineering.
The LED profile lighting and surface illumination are fitted as standard, providing clear, sharp light and outstanding surface image rendition. The VB300 is compatible with a large range of Starrett accessories to further enhance its metrology capabilities including, MetLogix or Quadra-Chek geometric readout systems, screen overlay templates and automatic edge detection.
