Injection Moulding

Injection Moulding will be used for packaging parts with hinges or similar moving parts typically forming closures, or where the part interfaces with other components such as caps, containers or nozzles.  Where the product forms part of a dispense system, or where the product is a liquid or pressurised gas, the integrity and reliability of the closure may be critical to safe handling.  Optimax inspection magnifiers enable more detailed examination of the moulding including any sealing and mating surfaces as well as any moulded logos, hazard symbols or text (including braille).  Vision systems will ensure that threads and mating surfaces are within tolerance and force measurement systems will test the forces required for operating closures.
