Injection Moulding
We supply a range of solutions for the inspection and measurement of injection moulded parts. Having established the size of the parts, the production volumes and the degree of automation required, our proposals typically would range from a profile projector to vision and tactile measurement systems. We can integrate these with robotic component handling as with our Dextera add-on to the Vision Deltron. For production line environments, the Inspekto AI based visual inspection system will identify defective components at speed. We also offer a range of inspection magnifiers and microscopes where a qualitative inspection is required.
