The auto loading system uses a “Seek & Find” component sensor, easily locating even randomly placed parts, for rapid pickup. The Dextera requires no fixturing and uses an advanced AI wrist camera.
In addition to routine metrology inspection, it can also provide machine tool feedback, correcting for tool wear and offset, through a simple and well proven closed loop software solution.
Based on the Deltron CMM from Vision Engineering Ltd the system has a compact footprint, and can be used as a standalone unit, or integrated into a manufacturing cell with the pre-configured collaborative robot.
